MA WENXIU currently serves as the Hardware Design Lead, with over a decade of experience in hardware R&D for power automation and industrial control systems. As head of the company’s hardware R&D team, she has long focused on core technologies in protection relays, intelligent monitoring, and industrial signal processing. She has led the development of over 20 high-reliability products across three major product lines—relays, smart meters, and transmitters—which are widely used in power systems, industrial automation, rail transit, and key overseas projects. These products deliver stable, precise, and interference-resistant control and monitoring solutions for clients.
