XING CHAOLIANG is the Director of Manufacturing at ODES Intelligent Control Systems Co., Ltd., with 20 years of experience in electronics manufacturing and over 15 years focused on production and quality management. He has extensive practical and systematic experience in shopfloor management, process optimization, and lean manufacturing.

Since joining the company in 2020, XING has been responsible for managing the overall operations of the manufacturing center, including production planning and scheduling, errorproofing system implementation, automated production line setup, personnel efficiency enhancement, and visual dashboard system deployment. He promotes digital and lean transformation with a systemsthinking approach, continuously improving production stability and operational efficiency.

He successfully led the Schneider SQB Improvement Project, earning the "Best Improvement Award." By implementing lean production and onsite improvement measures, he raised production efficiency from 83% to 99.3%, and the firstpass yield rate from 97.4% to 99.5%, significantly boosting the company’s delivery capability and product reliability.
