CHENG BAOHONG is the Director of Quality at Xieao Intelligent Control Systems Co., Ltd., bringing with him 21 years of professional experience in quality management. He joined the company in 2025 and is fully responsible for the strategic planning, system development, and implementation of the company's quality management framework. He leads the quality team in establishing and maintaining a full lifecycle quality management system—from product concept design to market delivery.

Through systematic risk prevention, continuous improvement, and cost control, CHENG ensures that both products and services meet and exceed customer expectations, while minimizing operational risks and enhancing brand reputation and market competitiveness.

He spearheaded the establishment of an endtoend quality control system, covering everything from raw material procurement and production processes to final product shipment—achieving comprehensive closedloop quality control. Upon joining ODES, he swiftly benchmarked against the industry's highest standards and implemented a “zerodefect” quality management policy, enabling the company to reach a firstopenbox defect rate of less than 500 ppm. He has also promoted the implementation of the SOC system and ensured the effective execution of ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001 standards.

CHENG’s core strengths include fullcategory quality lifecycle planning and control, quality system development, rapid response and resolution of customer complaints, and quality risk analysis and prevention during product development stages. He focuses on quality control at the source to ensure that the company’s products meet comprehensive requirements for performance, safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance.
