Technical Support Supervisor
QI KUN currently serves as Technical Support Supervisor at ODES, with nearly 10 years of experience in R&D, on-site commissioning, and customer technical support in the power equipment and automation sector. He joined ODES in 2021 as a Product Manager in the R&D Department, leading the smart module project for high-voltage circuit breakers. This included customer scenario research, requirement analysis, solution validation, prototyping, type testing, field testing, and final deployment—realizing a full development cycle. The solution is now operating reliably in substations under State Grid, China Southern Power Grid, and select overseas power projects.
Since 2025, QI has been responsible for pre-sales, mid-sales, and after-sales technical support. He leads a team that maintains close communication with clients’ technical teams, providing full lifecycle services for product promotion, equipment commissioning, and O&M. He excels at identifying customer pain points and translating them into technical requirements, coordinating efficiently across R&D, production, engineering, and service departments to ensure on-time solution delivery. His focus on key accounts has helped continuously improve service standards and delivery quality.
