As Chairman & CEO of ODES Intelligent, Mr. Huangsong Zhang leads a company focused on automation control components for power systems. With more than 25 years devoted to the R&D and manufacturing of protective relays and auxiliary control modules, he has advanced the modularization, standardization, and intelligence of substation secondary circuits.

 

His mission is to build a customer-success-driven industrial system:

 

R&D: Implemented a CMMI-based product lifecycle framework to ensure reliability and stability.

 

Manufacturing: Introduced Toyota-style lean methods and digital one-piece flow to achieve “high quality, low cost, fast delivery.”

 

Branding: Created the RailMatrix™ technology brand—an integrated modular matrix enabling quick swap and standardized circuit integration.

 

He believes the future of manufacturing is data-driven intelligence. Lessons from ARENA2036, TE Austria, Mercedes-Benz, and SEW reinforced his conviction that only clean, usable data allows AI and digital twins to drive genuine self-optimization in production.

 

Today, he is expanding ODES’s global footprint by building R&D centers in Europe and collaborating with partners including Fraunhofer and TE Connectivity—positioning ODES to become a trusted “hidden champion” in global power automation.
