TANG TIAN is the Mechanical Design Supervisor at ODES and holds the title of Associate Senior Engineer. With over a decade of experience, he is a structural design specialist with deep technical expertise in developing high-reliability equipment. His focus spans both military-grade special equipment and power sector products, with significant achievements in mechanical integration, environmental protection design, and reliability validation under harsh conditions.

 

As the core leader of the mechanical engineering team, Tang oversees structural planning and design approvals for key products. Under his leadership, the team has overcome major technical challenges in vibration resistance, impact durability, and electromagnetic compatibility. He successfully integrates advanced design concepts into engineering practice, promoting structural lightweighting, process optimization, and cost control in numerous major projects, thereby significantly enhancing product competitiveness.

 

TANG is also committed to team development, building a learning- and innovation-oriented R&D group. By standardizing and modularizing design workflows, he has greatly improved delivery efficiency and collaborative innovation.
