XU LING is a seasoned sales and management executive with nearly 20 years of professional experience. She began her career at China Electric Power Research Institute’s Nanjing Tech Power Technology Co., Ltd., building the market from scratch and achieving annual sales of over RMB 10 million.

She then joined Honeywell, a global Fortune 500 company, where she advanced from Regional Sales Manager to National Sales Manager in the Security & Fire division. She led national market expansion, secured strategic partnerships—including with SUNING Electronics and China Aerospace—and achieved average annual sales of USD 1.2 million.

Later, XU was recruited by Hager Group, a centuryold European leader in the lowvoltage electrical sector. As National Sales Manager, she oversaw nationwide offline distribution and exceeded sales targets by 130%, managing a network of over 60 distributors.

Bringing her global experience to JIANGSU LIANGHONG Smart Energy Co., Ltd., she served as Assistant to the CEO and General Manager of Sales, driving growth in the university integrated energy sector despite limited resources.

Currently, XU is Marketing Director at ODES Intelligent Control Systems Co., Ltd., where she leads marketing strategy, international business development, and team leadership, contributing to sustained growth in sales and market share.

XU LING holds an MBA from HOHAI University. Her career trajectory reflects her evolution from frontline sales to strategic leadership across regional, national, and international levels.
