In switchgear, control cabinets, and electrical enclosures, temperature–humidity controllers are standard for maintaining a balanced environment. However, in large or multi-chamber cabinets, thermal and moisture conditions are rarely uniform.

Typical cases include:


  • Tall or multi-bay panels, where heat accumulates at the top while condensation risk appears near the base.

  • Compartments near heat or cold sources, such as transformer bays or VFD chambers, that experience localized extremes.


Using a single sensor may lead to misleading “average” readings that overlook critical hot or damp zones.

A more effective approach is the dual-sensor temperature–humidity controller, which monitors two independent points and bases control on the maximum temperature and maximum humidity detected—covering both overheating and condensation risk in a single system.

  • Alarms: Four—disconnection, overtemperature, overhumidity, and power or communication failure

  • Communication: RS-485 (Modbus RTU) and 4–20 mA analog output
